    Customer asked to pay twice?

    I have a customer who purchased an ad and paid via Paypal. Her payment was processed by Paypal and marked as Completed. Her ad is live in the Classipress system. Everything seemed fine. However she just emailed me 24hrs later and said she got a notification to pay again. I'm not sure what notification she got, I'm assuming it's from Paypal. Why would she get this?
