2 questions:
1. Does the form in the apply online link have fields that can be customized?
2. When you click on apply online and complete the form, if you are already registered and have submitted a resume is there a link to that resume that is sent to the employer along with the contact form information?

1. There are no settings specifically in the JobRoller admin dashboard for this, but changes could be made through customization a the theme is not encrypted.
2. No, the job application form and resume page are not linked by default, however if you are looking for this functionality, the FXtender Pro plugin available in the AppThemes marketplace does offer this amongst other features. Thanks.
