HELP - Apply Online?

Hi guys,

I need a bit of help, I have an employer saying to me he cannot see 4-5 job applications.

I am guessing they got some "Apply online" applications, but from my understanding when
somebody "applies online" they should just get emails. unless I got this wrong..

1) is there a register of this applications on their profile?

2) Is there a "Manage Candidates" Section I am not seeing?

3) Is there any way I can login as them without asking for their password?

I think it must have been spam, I have been deleting users that are spam and probably the applied...

PD. I have now turned off the "Apply online" option...
