    How to turn off Apply Online?

    As a new site, I'm having to add new jobs myself for awhile. Is there a way to turn off the Apply Online feature so that it does not show up to users? I see the Display "How to Apply" Field? in the admin area as an option, but that seems to only remove it from the job submission process. I changed this to NO, but still see the Apply Online feature on my site:
