Is there a way to integrate an Email Alert - which will automatically send an email to us in Admin once an employer submits their form for CV Download or Job Ad placement. When we get the email alert, we in Admin will then either approve (for CV Download) with the ability to limit the approval to either 15 days or 30 days; or publish (for Job Ad) before the employer's job ad is posted online.

You as the admin will already be able to receive an email once someone submits a job listing, and you can control whether or not you wish to moderate those listings before they are published. To clarify, there is no "CV download" option built into the theme, just the ability to complete an online resume form which appears under resumes which is viewable (not downloadable). Thanks.
