Hello AppThemes Support Team,

I am your classipress customer who purchased classipress theme version 3.1.8. Me and my partener purchased this theme early this year but we had some conflict with my partner and he left without giving me the AppThemes login details.

I know its my fault for not having these login details and there is nothing i can do now thats why am here to ask for some help from you. I will appreciate for your help if there is anyway i can get the access and benefits which other classipress customers are getting ie: support, updates etc. I will appreciate for any kind of support or assistance from you.

We would be happy to have a look at the account information to verify whose name the account is actually in to determine account ownership. Please email us with details of the email address used to purchase the theme, and any other details you may have. Thanks.
