BuyersAngels.com How do I login to forums

When I login to the forums, I can't get to view the answers.
I can into the forums, but not see the answers.

My problem.

I am having difficulty getting into the forum.
I searched for "don't show post count in categories." What I want to do, besides get access to the forum, which has been down for a week, is to find out how to remove post counts on parent categories and sub categories.
I feel that should be in your FAQ. It would be a common request.
I found a post in the forum with a title about parent categories, but was not permitted to view.
I have bought the classified theme and upgraded to business.
Please advise how to get the answer and how to be allowed in to the forum.

Hi Rick, I just checked your account and you have full customer access. When you go into any of the forums, you should see a blue "Post New Thread" button at the top left. Are you not seeing that?

The username/ password given were reversed. Your email about the appthemes reversed this back and it now works.
