Can I add and edit the categories?

1)I want to add edit categories and sub categories is it possible to do it?
2) Can I add more currencies?
3) Can I edit countries?

1) All categories are created by you, so yes you can add/edit/delete as you wish.
2) If the currency is not supported by PayPal (the default payment gateway), you can purchase other payment gateway plugins from the AppThemes marketplace, some of which do offer support for other currencies.
3) You can edit the field values displayed in the ad listing form, essentially allowing you to use whatever countries you want. Thanks.
