Can I add some other job categories?

Now you have job categories, tags, types and salary as basic categories but I need more categories (such as organizations, in Thai) since I am applying it to Thai government agencies job board so job posters are supposed to select one organization from Organization's category.

If not, can I edit the title of the salary and job tags categories?

All job categories are created by you in the JobRoller admin dashboard here, so if you wished to create categories with child categories you can do this. Through customization of the default theme you could alter the "salary" and "job tags" (presumably for the purpose of the "Browse by" function in the sidebar).. but there is no setting specifically within the JobRoller admin dashboard to make the change without modification.
