Can Jobroller work with buddypress and wp MU?

I would like to use jobroller for a job site but I'd like the ability to create a social job site where job seekers will signup and become a member in the community.

I would be using buddpress and wordpress mu. Is this possible with the standard version? Or if not, would it be possible with any version of jobroller?

The question has been asked before, although in relation to ClassiPress, but the answer is relatively the same.. I believe it has been achieved, but requires some amount of custom coding to do so.
