Can I Use this Theme as a Plugin or Page to add to my current site?

I already have a Review site that I am trying to add a Coupons page to, is it possible to use this as a plugin or template vs an entire theme?

If you're referring specifically to our Clipper theme, then no this is not available as a plugin as it is designed as a stand alone theme. If you're looking to add it to an existing site you could do so by installing it in its own subdirectory:

e.g.
yourdomain.com <== Your existing site
yourdomain.com/coupons <== Your Clipper installation
