Can you charge for posting classified or featured classifieds?

I have found some threads that may answer my questions but can't see the responses unless I am a customer. I am looking at purchasing two or three of your themes (Classipress-95% sure & Jobber- 95% sure & Clipper-50%) but curious about a few things:

Classipress
Can you charge people to post classifieds?
Can you charge only to post featured classifieds (the rest being free)?

Jobber
I have a concept for a nonprofit organization/social network. Can you incorporate Jobber and Buddypress?

Yes, you can charge for ad listings on ClassiPress, or choose to have free ads with paid featured ads only, or a mixture of free and paid ads. The featured ads charge is separate from the ad listing fee.

This topic of buddypress has been discussed before, but aside from one customer who advises he has buddypress working with JobRoller, with a few layout issues, we cannot confirm 100% if this is compatable. Third party plugins are not officially supported, so it is not part of our testing process.
