Changing Job Posting Order

Hello,

I'm really interested in buying JobRoller theme for a client.

However I'd like to change the process for posting jobs. From a marketing perspective, I'd like to let them fill in the easiest fields first (like job title,..), instead of immediately asking to create an account.

Is it possible to make people register for an account after they posted the job details?
Would it be complex to code if it required theme alterations?

Hi Matthias, this is not an option available in the theme by default via any JobRoller admin settings, so it would require customization on your part. How complex this would be to implement is ultimately relevant to your level of coding knowledge, but our theme coding is clean and well commented. Thanks.
