Charge for trade but not for individuals.

Hello,

I want to be able to charge trades people or businesses for list their ads but allow free listings for individuals or personal listings. I know i can set categories to be chargeable however this may present a problem for example.

Someone may want to sell a TV as a private sale, but also there may be a TV retailer who wants to advertise, both would go under electrical appliances>TV so how could I differentiate private sales from trade ones and only charge for the trade?

You could moderate all free listings to ensure that you check any ad listings made under that free pricing option are not published unless you verify they are eligible. Only paid ads or paid membership would have the ability to publish immediately... Outside of this, technically you couldn't stop/deter someone from using the free ad listings without some kind of moderation.

I understand that free ads would need moderation and I am fine doing that however how could there be paid ads and free ads in the same category? Surely if the category was for example TVs then how could I get traders to actually pay to list there if it was designated a free category?
