    Claim and refund

    If you decline an already paid claim for a listing, does the user who claimed the listing get refund?

    I believe this would involve a normal manual refund process by the Vantage site owner via their PayPal account, but I'll double check and let you know. Thanks.

    Ok, so to update, it's ultimately up to you as the site admin to process any refunds via PayPal as they are handled by the payment gateway itself. It wouldn't be fair if you declined a claim after someone has paid and then didn't refund their money, but ultimately it's up to you to organize it. Thanks.
