Clarifications required on Classipress theme

I am interested in buying Classipress theme for starting a new classified site,
I am new to wordpress or themes how they work, I have few queries related to this theme, please help in clarifying them.

Do we need to install database separately or it is part of the theme itself?
Does the theme provides password retrial for users?
How the admin receives message on new registration and payments?
How the failed transactions are handled? does classipress has any part in that process

You need to firstly install an instance of WordPress on your host account, as this is required in order to use our themes. The database is set up as part of that process.
Yes, users can reset their passwords using the native WordPress user functionality.
The admin is emailed notification when new users sign up and place ads.
If a transaction fails for a paid ad, then it won't be published, but outside of that it's not handled within the theme other than showing the transaction was not completed.
