Classipress admin Plugin module

Ladies and Gentleman,

I'm a Newbie.. With Classipress.....

Question: I noticed during a tutorial on youtube. The user had a plugin upload module in admin. right underneath "Appearance"
How can I obtain this for admin ?

WordPress itself has this in the admin dashboard, and our demo site doesn't show it due to the fact it's a demo site, but a normal installation also has a standard WordPress admin dashboard with the plugin upload option. Thanks.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. One other thing Does Classipress also offer "Under Construction" Module. So That I made build the site live.

This isn't built into the theme, but there are free plugins you can use for this purpose on the WordPress site. Thanks :)
