Yes you can set the expiry time frame of ad listings. There is no option to disable user registration in the ClassiPress admin dashboard, so it would require customization of the default theme on your part if you wanted to disable this. You can choose to moderate ad listings before they are published, although for paid ads once the transaction is completed they will publish automatically. Thanks.
