    Smile Google search returns job information not Company information

    Can anyone tell me how to adjust my site to return relevant company information in Google instead of the first job listing IE:

    When I search "jobsmedical" I get:
    Jobs Medical Header. Go. Radius: ... Type: Part-Time; Job: VR GENERAL PRACTITIONER Stirling Medical Centre – Posted by Stirling Medical Centre; Location ...

    I want it to say something more like:
    Jobs Medical Network - Australia's premier medical website for displaying all jobs related to the medical industry. FREE to seek jobs. Great rates with unlimited advertising opportunities for Medical Practices.

    Would appreciate help on this matter!
