As there is no setting for this in the ClassiPress admin dashboard, it would definitely require customization on your part if you were looking to implement these restrictions. The theme is not encrypted, so you are free to modify it as you wish, but "how difficult" it would be is ultimately relative to your level of coding knowledge.
