    Classipress Theme Editing

    To Whom This May Concern
I am interested in the ClassiPress theme for Wordpress however have a question in terms of customizing it. In a short question: Is it possible to use certain aspects of the theme (profile layout, add listings, featured listings, new Listings (on front page) and edit the look and feel of the theme with another theme for wordpress?

For example, with basic editing, I would Use header from Theme 1 with middle section of theme 2, footer of theme 1? Without effecting the function of the main theme (ClassiPress)?

    Thanks.

Yes, you can certainly customize the theme to suit your needs, and the recommended way to do this would be to create a child theme. Depending on your level of coding knowledge, this would dictate how easy it is for you to do, but it is definitely possible.
