If I'm going to spend $2OO to get and going, is it not possible to actually get an answer regarding a few questions? I've been steered to two "pre-sales" boards only to be booted and told I don't have access. I need two questions answered.

1. Can I export the data in a friendly way to place in my newspaper (remember those things?}
2. How soon can I have something like this up and running. everything will be new, I'm not waiting for an old url or anything like that.

How will I ever know if this questions gets answered? I don't even know where the heii I am. And I'm prohibited from signing up. Perhaps these boards are fine for a person like me a few months down the road. So far, they stink for a guy who is trying to get going.

Hi Ralph, I'm not sure where you have made contact initially, but this is our only pre-sales forum so you're in the right place in terms of asking pre-sales questions about our products. However, in saying this, it's not clear which of our themes you're actually referring to, so I can only really respond in a general sense:

1. Our themes do not include a built in exporting tool, although WordPress does have one, it may not be suitable or provide the correct format for direct/user friendly access to data.

2. In terms of actually setting up a site using our themes, this can be done relatively quickly depending on your level of ability and requirements. If you're looking for a custom site with many changes to the default theme then you can seek developers for hire from our certified partners page who are experienced at working with our themes.
