This site is built from your platform what we would like to know is can this all be done with out much development i know you can change colours etc move pictures around etc it all looks simple design stuff and boxes with text is this the case ?

why is this such great site not a theme yet?

They have made some really nice modifications to the JobRoller theme, and it is certainly achievable. How easy this is, is ultimately relative to your level of coding knowledge. The recommended method of making such changes would be through the use of a child theme, you can read more about how this can be done here. Thanks.
