The country field does not work for Canada do we need a country and state field

We're setting this up for a towen in Ontario
we do not expect a large demographoc and we don't want one
this is a local classified
can we just ditch the country and province fields since the province field does not come up with the prompt
for Canada
ie Canada is a country .. but Alabama is not a province
and provinces do not populate the state field ..
thus we can't enter an ad on the testing app demo

Classipress provides an option to remove the country and state field using the custom forms.

I want to remove the radius and price from the "Refine Results" and be able to add new cities since we are in Spain.
Also I want to show the redifine result form always showm.

The advanced search functionality, and the fields that are included in the search are determined by you as the admin. If you want the refine results to appear on the homepage as well as the category view then this would require customization of the theme on your part, as by default it only appears in the category sidebar.
