Why is that?

and another question i am using a shared host, how does the email system work. When someone register will they receive an activation email or will there be issues.

What do I have to look out for to make sure my host is proving those features??

Other than the hosting related discount coupon mentioned on the AppThemes home page, no.

I'm not familiar with that host personally, but I can't imagine emails would be an issue just because it's a shared host because even our preferred hosting partners are a shared host setup and we have no issues with these..
