    customer service

    I am assuming there is no one online or a staffed individual that would answer general questions before we purchase. I'd assume if they wanted business they would have someone reply within a few minutes if not hours.

    As our pre-sales customers, existing customers and support staff members are all based in different parts of the world, it's not always possible to provide an immediate response to questions due to varied time zones.
