How can I add a field in the customize option panel?

Adding fields to the theme. Like email address, 1800 number etc.

You can add custom fields using the custom form builder, however it will place those fields in a section separate to the default exisiting fields you mention. It would involve some minor customization on your part if you wanted to move them. Thanks.
