Customizing Home Page

Hi

I want to buy the theme before that I want to make sure that I can customize home page.
1- is there a short code for featured add?
2- can I edit home page in the back end like any other theme by clicking on the edit button or I have to edit the codes?what I mean is is there an actual page for home or not.
3- is there any short code for the ads on the sidebar, can I show them in some other places?

Presumably you are referring to the ClassiPress theme.. The theme is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. In doing so we recommend the use of a child theme so that you don't lose all of your modifications in the process of an update. Whilst you can just edit some of the files from the wp-admin, it's not the method we would suggest. You can find some related documentation here. Thanks.
