CV sent to website owner or uploaded to CV section?
When a user applys for a job online, they fill out for the form and it asks for them to upload their CV, is this then added to the CV section or is it emailed to the website owner?

When someone applies for a job posting online, and attaches a file, it is emailed to the job poster. There is also an option to BCC the email to the site admin.
The CV section of your site uses a custom post type, not uploaded documents.
