Deactivating "Employer" as an option OR Deactivating resume visibility to "Employers"

There is a company that wants to use the Job Roller theme for its own recruiters and NOT for outside companies to view the resumes.

They only want outside companies to post Jobs. NOT review resumes.

I am going to purchase your JobRoller theme.

I am also a web developer and am knowledgeable in PHP and HTML modifications

1) I NEED to know if there is a way to deactivate cost for viewing resumes. YES / NO?

Or if there is a way to make it $0 so that they are not redirected to PayPal? YES / NO?

2) Is there a line of code that will delete or deactivate the option for people to sign up as "Employers"? YES / NO?

3) Is there a line of code that can be deleted to keep "Employers" from seeing the resumes? YES / NO?

Need to know ASAP before I buy because they need me to build their website quickly.

1. Yes it can be deactivated and there is an option for this at the Jobroller admin settings.

2. No default option on this but Yes it can be removed through code modification.

3. There is an option for this at the Jobroller admin settings where you can have the Resume Visibility either of the following;

- Public
- Recruiters
- Joblisters
- Members only

Take note that the theme is not encrypted and so it can be modified according to your needs. Implementation is just dependent upon your coding skills or you can avail the services of an experienced coder.
