Description of what my client needs.

I want to know if the HireBee theme will suffice for the purposes my client intends to implement.
Below I will list his requirements. Please let me know how many of the specifications the theme adheres to.

    1. The website must have the functionality for people to go online and create their own profiles – and this must not go live before it has been approved by myself.
    2. There must be a search function – similar to LinkedIn and Careers24.com
    3. The personal profile must contact the following:
    a. Name / Surname
    b. ID number – not visible to the public
    c. Skills – what skills do they have – building / painting / cleaning / carpentry / tiling / garden work / housekeeping / bricklayers – this should ideally be a drop-down list with the option to select multiple skills
    d. Experience – they must list years of experience
    e. Qualifications – if any
    f. Thy must be able to load a picture – face pic
    g. They must be able to list at least three references – like you have with LinkedIn
    h. Do they have police clearance – this they can get from their local police station.
    i. Area they are willing to work in – they must select and area and it must be searchable on Google Maps
    j. Contact details – phone and they may have an e-mail (doubt it, but let’s see)
    k. Daily or hourly rate
    4. The profile grading system will work on a 5 star system:
    a. Star one – complete profile
    b. Start two – face picture
    c. Star three – at least three contactable references
    d. Star four – Police clearance
    e. Star five – updated numbers / What’s App or any way to contact the person
    5. The site must have a search function and give people who are searching for informal labour the following options:
    a. Search by skills – for example: builders or bricklayers
    b. Search by province, region and city / neighbourhood
    c. Search by highest count of recommendations – people with police clearance and three recommendations should always be listed first.
    6. The site must be able to accommodate as much adverts as possible as money from advertising will keep the site alive and help us to develop the site further in the future.
    7. The website should have 5 pages:
    a. Page One – landing page (easy to read with little information and an immediate search function and a clear button to encourage unemployed people to register with the site.
    b. Page Two – About this Project – This page will also be used to invite organisations to sponsor the project!
    c. Page Three – Registrations Page – this must link with Page One’s advert and registration button
    d. Page Four – should be a “blog-type” page which must be updated with industry news / labour issues / etc. So it should really be quick and easy to read page with information – this page will also be used to invite organisations to sponsor the project! I would also like contractors (of all sorts) to be able to place block adverts on this page – similar to the ones you will find on Gumtree.
    e. Page Five – Contact Page

    Thanks in advance. Josh.

Given that you have some very specific requirements for your project, we would recommend that you view the list of all the themes functionality from the theme information page, including the front and back end demo sites. Ultimately anything that isn't there by default, you can customize yourself as our themes are not encrypted. Thanks.

I am still not finding answers to the following.

. The website must have the functionality for people to go online and create their own profiles – and this must not go live before it has been approved by myself.

    3. The personal profile must contact the following:
    b. ID number – not visible to the public
    c. Skills – what skills do they have – building / painting / cleaning / carpentry / tiling / garden work / housekeeping / bricklayers – this should ideally be a drop-down list with the option to select multiple skills

    j. Contact details – phone and they may have an e-mail (doubt it, but let’s see)
    k. Daily or hourly rate

    4. The profile grading system will work on a 5 star system:
    a. Star one – complete profile
    b. Start two – face picture
    c. Star three – at least three contactable references
    d. Star four – Police clearance
    e. Star five – updated numbers / What’s App or any way to contact the person

    5. The site must have a search function and give people who are searching for informal labour the following options:
    b. Search by province, region and city / neighbourhood
    c. Search by highest count of recommendations – people with police clearance and three recommendations should always be listed first.
    6. The site must be able to accommodate as much adverts as possible as money from advertising will keep the site alive and help us to develop the site further in the future.

Please can you take some time to answer the above as I am considering a developer package with AppThemes.

    Thanks in advance. Josh.

Assuming that what you are asking is if these project requirements are part of the theme out of the box, the theme doesn't specifically have the exact fields/requirements you have listed for each step of the process, so essentially you will likely need to carry out additional customization of the theme in order to achieve exactly what you have outlined. Just as an example, there is no profile grading system, as ratings are based on project feedback, not profile information. The search does not include recommendations, although you can specify a location in the advanced search. Placement of additional ads can be done in the sidebar and footer as shown on the demo site, others would require customization. Whilst AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes. Thanks.
