Developer's license

Hello!

I wish to know the rights that come with Developer's license.

I may have customers who are in need of a directory site. Can I use CP to first develop a directory site and then sell it to them or give it to them under some other consideration (like making them buy some other product of mine)?

Although I understand that the answer to this should be yes as per the developer's licnese terms, I need a confirmation from you.

Provided you have purchased the relevant licence for developers (Professional or Ultimate edition), and you're selling the site you have built, not trying to sell actual ClassiPress licences or the product itself then this is fine.

As per the buy page:
None of our theme packages may be resold or redistributed under any circumstances. This includes modifying the design and/or adding new features then attempting to resell it as your own product. Also, since this is digital media there are no refunds once your purchase has been made.
