Does ClassiPress include ability to accept couponds/discount codes for customers?

Not in the current version. There are plans to add this later this year, however.

I also need the ability to provide coupons to potential customers. For instance, I would like to give a coupon code in a magazine article so that readers can place a free classified ad. Has this ability been added yet?

There is a coupon option of which you can check at the demo page Coupons ? ClassiPress ? WordPress .
