I have some questions about Classiores.

1. What's the difference between Paid/Upgraded account to Free Users?
2. What if someone violate the rules or post some prohibited prodcuts, is there any way to alert the site owner or admin?

In answer to your questions:

1. If you're making use of ad packages then the difference can be determined by listing duration for free/paid ads. If your talking about subscription/membership pricing, then you can also determine specific categories only to those users which have paid for this. You can also create custom forms relevant to categories which will allow different fields for listings.

2. There is currently no report tool feature in ClassiPress, so essentially you could simply provide a link for users to use if they wish to report listings.
