    Free ads vs Paid Ads - can I do this?

    I am new to CP so am not sure how to configure this.

    I want basic ads to be free but for users to pay for premium ads. By premium ads, I mean that they become featured ads and, in addition, I'd like to have a mechanism to permit only one photo for a basic ad and up to 5 for a premium ad.

    Can I do this?
