Does USER see it as a wordpress site?

Would the theme disable Admin bar/dashboard for regular users?

I feel that they no need to see this as a Wordpress site. But at the same time, if I disable them, how do they change their passwords?

Yes, the admin bar can be disabled if you want to.

Is it disable by default? So that the user can sign up and not see any bar, this will reduce confusion to non-word press users.

The site admin can disable it so that it will not be displayed to all the users.

It would be too tedious for the admin to disable one by one.
That's why I have hoped that the theme can disable it by default upon new user registration.
    Is it possible?

It is a global disable and so it will not have to be disabled one by one.
