I am interested in the Classipress.

- I need a filtered search option. Ex. search for computers in NYC. Search item and by location.
- is it possible to create custom fields in an item description. If I am using this site to rent equipment. Can one listing have various pricing options. EX: The XYZ machine is available to rent for 1 hour @ $X, 4 hours@ $X, 2 days @ $X. The customer selects the time frame they want to rent an item at a certain price and clicks 'buy/rent'

ClassiPress has an advanced search feature which is visible in the category view sidebar, as shown on the demo site here. You can determine what fields appear in the advanced search.
There is a custom forms and fields functionality, so you can create custom fields in an ad listing form, if you were to add fields, they would appear within the ad itself rather than on the main listing page though. Thanks.
