I'm looking for a job board script that also has the ability for applicants to self-rate skill level on various areas of expertise & for employers to search based on those skill levels. Similar to what you see at onlinejobs.ph

Does your software have that capability or would you know of any scripts that do?

This is not a default feature of the theme, as they can list their actual skills but not rate them (as shown on the JobRoller demo site), so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement something more specific. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
