We provide all support for our themes via these support forums, but this does not include support for third party plugins or customizations. In terms of your specific question, you're trying to achieve something that falls outside the scope of official support, because technically it is a customization (i.e. there is currently no built in function for importing an ad feed in the way you describe), therefore you need to customize your setup in order to make it work.
As Jomark mentioned, we have an active community whom you may seek support from, but since I have not seen anyone describe implementing what you speak of, I'm not sure you will definitely find someone who can help you in this instance.
