HELP upgrading...Using Justhost WordPress 2.8X to 2.9X

Ok... So I liked Wordpress which I used with Justhost when I started..
Now I purchased the upgrade and I am having prolems updating !!!!! driving me crazy (been messing with it for 3hrs now).

from the site.... (MY QUESTIONS ARE IN BOLD)

General Installation
1.Upload the ClassiPress theme folder via FTP to your /wp-content/themes/ directory. (there is no THEME FOLDER in the ZIP.... so what am I suppose to do?) Make sure you just upload the folder as “classipress” and don’t rename it to something else. The final directory should look like this /wp-content/themes/classipress/
2.Upload the contents of the plugins folder AGAIN.... there is no plugin folder... in the zip file so what am i suppose to d? via FTP to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory (note you may need to update some of these to the latest versions).
3.CHMOD the directory “cache” on your server to 777 (not always required on all servers). This sets the folders permissions to be writable. (CHMOD help)
4.Create a new directory called “classipress” on your server in /wp-content/uploads/ {again which folder where...) . If the uploads folder is not there, create that too. Then CHMOD it to 777 so it’s fully writable. This is where your customer uploaded images will go. If you get error messages or do not see your customer images on your site, chances are you didn’t set up the folder permissions correctly.
5.Activate ClassiPress from within WordPress. “Appearance” => “Themes”.
6.A new menu called “ClassiPress” will now be visible at the bottom left column. Go through “Configure”, “Settings” and “Payment” sections and make sure to select your options and SAVE. This step is important since saving will activate these options. Some people get too excited with their new purchase and overlook setting up these options. Don’t be that person!
{where am i doing this?? 7.Go to the plugins page and activate the new plugins one by one (EXCEPT FOR the “Breadcrumb NavXT – Core” plugin). After you activate each one, go back and make sure your site is still working. Sometimes your existing plugins will conflict with new ones. Activating them one at a time helps isolate which one is causing the problem. You’ll need to configure some of these plugins before they look exactly like the demo.
8.Now try creating a new classified ad. Make sure everything works properly before you begin offering ads to customers. The number one issue most people have after installation is related to the /wp-content/uploads/classipress folder. Make sure the folder is named correctly and the permissions are set properly.

Are you referring to Classipress 2.9? Because Wordpress 2.9 has not yet been released.

Yes, sorry. I was refering to ClassiPress 2.9.2.
Good news is I was able to log into my CP and change the theme to ClassiPress...

My next problem is that I am trying to make a classified ads website... where I can add catagories... as of right now
I have no idea how to change this... I do not see where the option is... from the control panel.
