    HireBee is fullfledge system like freelancer.com or it is just a theme

    I want to understand the question in title and whether i develop mobile app ( Android and iOS based on Apache Cordova or Native) to post project from mobile and deliver the content to respective freelancer in that category

    HireBee, like all of our themes, are application themes which include all of the functionality outlined on their information pages and as seen in the demo site, so no they're not just a theme. We don't have app versions of our themes available. Thanks.
