hirebee presales question

Hello.
my customer need a site wich 2 different class of user:
- travel agency
- tour operator

travel agencies must be able to launch the solicitation of an offer to be notified via e-mail to tour operators who, if interested, they can respond with their offer.

deals that tour operators forward to the Agency the applicant must remain confidential.

I thought of using hirebee. do you think that is possible?

Potentially, HireBee or JobRoller could be used, so it could be more to do with other features each theme offers which determines which may be the closest fit for your project. To some degree there may still need to be customization required, however our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.

i think Hirebee but my dubt is for privacy.
i have seen that all is public. and i need that the travel agency can be decide if publish the "request/project" in public, or send only to some tour operator.
and in any case is important that all reply of tour operator are private.

i can do the same of hirebee?
