If I bought $99 single theme, then later i want to upgrade to $249 club member, should i pay $149 or another $249?

If you plan to upgrade soon after original purchase you can simply email us and we can provide an upgrade coupon which will take into account the theme you already purchased (so you'll only pay the $150 difference). Thanks.

Unable to upgrade

Well, this is not working for me.

I am unable to reach the shopping cart to pay of the difference even though I have the coupon code.

It's been a week now with 3 emails and no one can seem to figure out what I cannot get to the payment screen.
