Hi everyone

My jobroller theme was purchased through a developer thus I cannot get access to the forums, I am praying someone can help me.

My jobroller theme is not sending out job alerts to registered users. I have completed the usual checks- hosting not an issue, contact form working, I am receiving emails (admin) when a job is posted, however my registered users are jus not receiving emails when a new job is posted.

I completed the test job alert-and it states email sent successfully however I have not received anything.

Wondering if there is a known bug in the theme? How do I fix it?

No this is not a known bug. Support for our themes is carried out within the forums (not here in pre-sales), so in order to gain access to support and theme updates, you would need to purchase a theme license. Pricing information can be found on our pricing page. Thanks.
