Hello App themes and forum users - how are you guys.

I had a quick questions -

what is the best way to send jobseekers job alerts as soon as they are posted.

I realise that this functionality is not there right now but I would like to know if anyone has been able to make job alerts happen.

Also would love to know if this would work on job roller - http://wpjobboard.net/demo it seems to have a job alert function and is a plugin?

Also while I am here - how do we get the psds for the jobroller theme? if we get the upgrade do we pay the diff or have to buy the theme all over again.
