The main feature of the theme is for the job listings, so no there is no setting for this to be turned off within the themes admin dashboard (although you can turn off resume functionality). It would require customization on your part if you wanted to change this. JobRoller is not encrypted, so you are free to modify it if you wish. Thanks.
