Just wondering if there are referral function for jobroller

and a rating/grading function for referrer by the client who posted the job.

No this is not a default feature of the theme, so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to add such functionality. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
