Local area's within Cities/Regions

Hi there,

I am wanting to find out if its possible to define a city on a sub domain name & then have local area's within that city as sub folders with a new install of classipress & be able to link in the databases from the city to the local area's, so that the user can refine their search from the sub domain install but get results from the local area's which are in the sub folders? For example:

Edinburgh.myclassifieds.com/Morningside

I am trying to determine if its possible to have local area search within each city for those area's? A bit like how Gumtree have designed their site.

This feature is not supported and it will require modification of the code. You may also look at this idea which i think is relevant to your question.

I have managed to work out that it is possible & not that particularly hard to achieve - the key to it lies in having all adverts going through one database & then
having the slave databases feed that information out via other sites within WP. Still got to work out all the code but it is possible :)
