    By location

    Is there any way to set up where the user can view all classifieds in thier specific city/location only, like Craigslist?

    There is no feature on this yet and will require code customization to implement. One workaround is to install wordpress/classipress for each city or location on a subdomain. You can then use the main site to list all the locations that points to each install.
