Managing Applications in Jobroller

Hi, I've been looking for the best Job board to suit my needs, my main focus is being able to look at job data and manage applications. Basically I want to be able to view all applications in wordpress and sort via job category and export them to a csv etc. I also want to be able to see which other jobs applicants have applied for and generally get some good data out of the system. Can Jobroller do this? Cheers

Job Applications are sent directly to the employer who posted the job, so there is no functionality for sorting them within the theme or exporting them. Basically the things you mention are not default functions of the theme and would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement them. JobRoller is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications as you wish though. Thanks.
